| There's enough space for five years of tripping, so every year we remove the oldest year and put up the latest one, and so on. The photos are uploaded to the wiki each year as well so there's a permanent record. There are usually some counsellors, other directors, visiting alumni and that sort of thing as well so it's not a perfect record of who worked in tripping each year.
